INSTALLING AND USING THE TALKER PLUG-IN
To install the Talker plug-in, simply drag the "Talker" plug-in file to the "Plug-ins" folder next to your Netscape 2.0 application. Then launch the Netscape 2.0 application and visit a talking web page like: http://www.mvpsolutions.com/PlugInSite/Talker.html
The Talker plug-in works on any Macintosh or PowerMacintosh computer running System 7.0 or later, as long as you have have Apple Computer's "English Text-to-Speech" software installed. You can tell if this text-to-speech software is already installed on your computer by looking inside the Extensions folder: If there is a "Speech Manager" extension there, then the text-to-speech software is already installed. If it is not yet installed, see the web page listed above to find out how you can freely download the English Text-to-Speech installer from Apple's web site.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
MVP Solutions grants you the right to make and use unlimited copies of the accompanying Talker Plug-In (SOFTWARE) for Netscape Navigator and distribute copies to others provided (1) the software is not modified; (2) the software is not sold, either alone or as part of a larger package, without the prior written permission of MVP Solutions; (3) each copy contains this Agreement and the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on the Software; and (4) web pages from which users can download the Talker plug-in software must contain a link to the web page URL listed above or to the following web page URL:

LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS SOFTWARE IS LICENSED AS IS, WITH NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES BY MVP SOLUTIONS OR ANYONE ELSE. IN NO EVENT WILL MVP SOLUTIONS OR ANYONE ELSE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES,INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF MVP SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
